Hospital-Grade Disinfection

Sanitization and Disinfection.

Our patented VaPURE™ system was first developed for sanitizing and disinfecting hospitals. The process has been adapted so the hospital-grade sterilant reaches most places mold sits in a building. It still treats germs and viruses, and the antimicrobial film applied afterwards limits regrowth on treated surfaces.

The Sterilant

Hospital grade sterilization.

The NY Mold & Clean Air Solutions VaPURE™ treatment reaches surfaces and the air throughout a building, including small spaces a sprayer cannot coat. The active component of the sterilant is on the EPA's Safer Chemical Ingredients List, and it breaks down into acetic acid, oxygen and water.

  • Treats germs and viruses on surfaces and in the air
  • VaPURE™ vapor penetrates small spaces pathogens lurk in
  • Denatures pathogens at the source
  • Active component on the EPA's Safer Chemical Ingredients List
Two-Step VaPURE™ Process

Sterilize today. Stay protected.

A vapor application treats the surfaces and the air, then an antimicrobial coating on treated surfaces limits regrowth afterwards.

01  Sterilization

VaPURE™ vapor application.

The patented VaPURE™ process denatures mold and other microbes by eroding the cell wall and denaturing the protein inside it.

Because the vapor moves through the whole building, it reaches voids, fabrics and porous materials that a sprayer cannot coat.

  • Denatures pathogens at the cellular level
  • Reaches voids, fabrics, and porous materials sprays can't
  • Active component on the EPA's Safer Chemical Ingredients List

02  Ongoing Prevention

Antimicrobial protective coating.

We apply an antimicrobial agent to treated surfaces to limit future microbial regrowth. The coating forms a covalent bond with the surfaces it contacts, and it is invisible once dry.

The layer carries a slight electrostatic charge and a surface of microscopic carbon spikes. Anything landing on it is disrupted mechanically rather than chemically.

  • Covalent bond — invisible and imperceptible
  • Applied to treated surfaces, invisible once dry
  • Mechanical defense against newly introduced pathogens
